General information about the online store
The products in the e-commerce are sold by Arteeni, business ID 1957951-8. We sell products to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Products are generally ordered via the Internet at https://arteeni.fi/ via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail or text message, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address or mobile phone number when ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
The customer is responsible for any customs and tax payments for foreign orders.
We will send you an order confirmation by email showing:
- reference number
- our bank account number
- the total amount of the invoice
You can check the contents of your order through the user account on our website.
Products and their postage will be paid upon ordering. In the online store, payment is made through Checkout Finland Oy or the Paypal payment intermediation service. The payment method is also bank transfer as an advance payment.
Checkout is a secure method of payment for you. Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) forwards your payment to the merchant (Checkout Finland Oy is shown on your bank statement or credit card invoice). Read all Checkout payment terms on their website.
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and the Bank of Åland. Checkout Finland Oy will appear on your statement as the payee, which will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make a payment securely.

Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer. Read more about the terms of mobile payments in Checkout pages.
Paypal is a secure payment method for you. Paypal forwards your payment to the merchant. In order to pay with Paypal, you must have a Paypal account. All you need to open an account is credit card information. Read the Paypal payment terms on their website.
We will mail the products when the payment appears in our account. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery. Payments will be made to the account FI67 5092 0920 1786 11 Artenen, BIC OKOYFIHH, according to the information in the order confirmation.
We will process your order during business hours once payment has been made. If the payment is by bank transfer as an advance payment, we will hold the reservation for 5 working days after which the order will lapse if payment is not made.
We post products every weekday. Depending on the bank connections, it will take 1-3 business days from the payment of the invoice.

Downloadable software products and digital material are usually available for download immediately after a payment transaction. The delivery time mentioned in the product description is valid in the online courses and in the corresponding scheduled material.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart. We deliver orders as a package and a maxi letter, only the package can be tracked with a shipment ID. If delivery is desired as a "breakable" package, the payment for the package to be processed separately will be added to the delivery costs according to the valid prices at the post office.
Return and Refund Policy

Returns: Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital content has no right of withdrawal, as delivery of the product will begin immediately after payment.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Other products not covered by the return policy are:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products and digital material
- Some of the health and wellness products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt for your purchase.
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted: All products that are not in their original condition are damaged or missing parts for any reason other than our own fault.
Refunds: Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email stating that we have received the product you returned. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your refund is accepted, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days.
Late or missing credits: If you haven't yet received a credit, first double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to sign up for a refund. Then contact your bank. Refunds can often take some time to sign up. If you have already done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us by email at email@example.com
Discounted products: Only normal priced products can be returned. Unfortunately, discounted products cannot be returned.
We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same product, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the product by post to: Artenen, Marjakalliontie 3H, 01820 Klaukkala.
Gifts: If the product is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and it is sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the product you return as a refund. Once we have received the returned product, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the product was sent to a gift giver who would deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping: To return your item, please send it to Artenie, Marjakalliontie 3H, 01820 Klaukkala. You must pay the postage for the returned product. Postage will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the product you replaced to arrive.
If you are shipping a product priced over € 100, you may want to consider shipping with a tracking code or purchasing postal insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned product.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com or by post to:
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
Intellectual property rights
All material published on the Sites and Services is the property of Sari Ojalehto and Arteen protected by trademark, copyright and / or other intellectual property rights, excluding services provided by third parties and possibly linked to the Site, such as comments or some-fiid.
I reserve all rights to the material published on the Site and the products and services contained therein.
The material on the sites may be browsed, read and free of charge may be downloaded to your own computer and printed on your own for personal use.
