Online store delivery terms

General information about the online store
Seller of this online store products is Arteeni, business ID 1957951-8. We sell products to adult individuals. Product prices includes the Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
How to order
Products are generally ordered online on https://arteeni.fi/ via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail or text message, stating the order price, delivery costs and ordered products. Receipt of the order confirmation uses the e-mail address or mobile phone number provided at the time of ordering.
The customer agrees to the valid delivery and payment terms every time when making an order.
The customer is responsible for any customs and tax payments for foreign orders.
Send we will send an order confirmation, attach the network:
- reference number
- our bank account number
- total costs including postage fees.
You can check the contents of your order through our website.
Products and the postage will be paid when making the order. In the online store, payment is made through Checkout Finland Oy or the Paypal payment intermediation service. Also bank transfer as an advance payment is possible.
Payment terms with Checkout
Checkout is a secure payment for you. Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) debits your payment to the merchant (Checkout Finland Oy is shown on your account statement or credit card invoice). Read all the Checkout payment terms on their web site.
It is possible to use the payment buttons of Finnish banks. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Your account statement shows Checkout Finland Oy as the payee, which debits your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank for secure payment.
Credit card payments
You can pay the sales with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard or American Express card. Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services are used in the online store. Checkout appears as payee on the card invoice, and Checkout transfers the payment to the merchant. Credit payment will be done as secured payment and no credit card information will be stored on online store systems.
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are are in use and you can pay for online shopping by bank transfer from your account or as a card payment by approving the payment in appropriate application. Paypal payment terms
Paypal is a secure payment method. Paypal transfers the payment to your merchant. In order to pay with Paypal, you need a Paypal account. All you need to open an account is credit card information. Read the Paypal payment terms on this website.
Bank transfer in advance
Only we post the products when the payment will appear in our account. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery. Payments will be made to account FI67 5092 0920 1786 11 Arteeni, BIC OKOYFIHH, according to the order confirmation.
The order will be handled on opening hours when the payment will appear on our bank account. If the payment is by bank transfer in advance, we will hold the booking 5 working days after the order, when it expires if payment is not made.
We post products every weekday. Depending on the bank connections, it will take 1-3 business days from the payment of the invoice.
Exceptions on delivery times are announced in the "News" section of Arteeni's front page.
Downloadable software products and digital material are usually available for download immediately after the payment transaction. The delivery time mentioned in the product description is valid in the online courses and in the corresponding scheduled material.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart. We deliver orders as a package and a maxi letter, only the package can be tracked with a shipment ID. If delivery is desired as a "breakable" package, the payment for the package to be processed separately will be added to the delivery costs according to the current postal prices.
Return and Refund Policies

Returns: Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital content does not have a right of withdrawal, as delivery of the product will begin immediately after payment.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Products not covered by the return policy are:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products and digital material
- Some of the health and wellness products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt for your purchase.
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted: All products that are not in their original condition are damaged or missing parts for any reason other than our own fault.
Refunds: Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email stating that we have received the product you returned. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your refund is accepted, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days.
Late or missing credits: If you haven't yet received a credit, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to sign up for a refund. Then contact your bank. Refunds can often take some time to sign up. If you have already done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com
Discounted products: Only normal priced products can be returned. Unfortunately, discounted products cannot be returned.
We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the product by post to: Arteeni, Välenojankatu 7A7, 05880 Hyvinkää.
Gifts: If the product is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and has been sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the product you returned as a refund. Once we have received the product you returned, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the product was sent to a gift giver who would deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping: When you want to return the product, send it to Arteeni, Välenojankatu 7A7, 05880 Hyvinkää. You must pay the postage for the product you returned. Postage will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the product you replaced to arrive.
If you ship a product priced over € 100, you may want to consider tracking code delivery or purchasing postal insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned product.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com or by post:
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.

All material and services published on the site are protected by the trademarks, copyrights and / or immaterial property rights of Sari Åström and Arteeni.
I reserve all rights to the material published on the site and in the products and services contained therein.
The material on the sites may be browsed, read and free of charge downloaded to your own device and printed for your own personal use only. Unless otherwise stated or limited, few peaces of products made by my FREE instructions can be sold by an individual person if the designer is mentioned in the product. You need personal permission for bigger amounts.
As an entrepreneur, you are not allowed to use any material or services to produce or improve your own business without special permission. You may not buy the products or services with the list price to provide teaching, training, coaching, sales or resale, or any other third party activities. In these cases, the use of products and services is considered to promote one’s professionalism and business. In these cases, please contact first info(at)arteeni.fi for obtaining training or sales license.
Copies or part of them may not be sold, given or distributed electronically, in paper copies, or change or attach to any other material or www-sites on professional or personal purpose without persmission.
Violation of these terms will result in a claim for damages.
The company is not responsible if the server, network or internet connection does not work. The company is also not responsible if you can't download material to your own device or if the materials are loading slowly for any reason.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the valid delivery terms every time making an order.
Arteeni treats all customer information in the strictest confidence.
