This pattern is not yet available in English! The Stormskär sweater is the first sweater I have designed from the wool of the Åland sheep. The guide was ordered by Myrskyluoto villa , which tells about Åland sheep like this: "Thanks to their abundant, often double-layered wool, the Åland sheep have survived the harsh and variable weather of the archipelago. " The patterns on the sweater were formed from wonderfully soft colors that stand out against the dark gray base. Knitted from Myrskyluoto's double-stranded yarn, the shirt is warm and pleasantly soft to wear. Other yarn of the same strength will also work as yarn. Like many Icelandic knits, the sleeves are knitted first, then the body, and finally these are joined by knitting the yoke. The height of the collar can be easily adjusted according to your taste.
