Karamellur

Karamellur (means candy) is a warm sweater with a hood which is super comfy to wear in chilly weather. The model is feminine with waist shaping but can as well be modified for men. Karamellur is very light if made of double Plötulopi. There are many options to modify the pattern, and you can also knit it without a hood.

The yarn used is in the picture is double Plötulopi, but you can use double Lettlopi or Alafosslopi instead just as well. Just be sure to adjust the gauge accordingly.  Always ensure your gauge matches the pattern by knitting a swatch.

Wishing you enjoyable knitting!

MATERIALS, SIZES AND ACCESSORIES
Plötulopi 100g/300m or Istex Léttlopi 50g/100m double and 80cm round needles 7mm and double point needles 3.5mm or by your gauge. More detailed materials can be found in the following images.

NOTE. the gauge of the instruction is 13 s / 10 cm, ensure the your needle sizes by knitting a swatch. Be careful with the knitting density, as the difference between a couple of stitches affects not only the width of the work, but also the height of the yoke, for example!
